《 Access 》Major Murphy ( 2021 Winspear Records )
來自美國的獨立樂團 Major Murphy，2015 年成軍，起初是由擔任主唱及詞曲創作 Jacob Bullard 發起，後來加入他的妻子，也是貝斯手的 Jacki Warren 、鼓手 Bud Voortman 以及吉他手 Chad Houseman 所組成。Jacki Warren 同時也是樂團 Waxahatchee 的成員。一開始樂團設定以 Dream-pop 曲風為主，後來加入了 Indie-rock 的元素，並在 2018 年發行了首張專輯《 No. 1 》。今年四月發行了第二張《 Access 》，希望在不安的環境中，以音樂帶給大家能量。
Major Murphy, an indie band from the United States, formed in 2015. The band started by Jacob Bullard as the lead singer and songwriter, and later joined by his wife Jacki Warren, also bassist, drummer Bud Voortman, and guitarist Chad Houseman. Jacki Warren is also a member of Waxahatchee. At first, the band was set to be based on Dream-pop. Later, they added Indie-rock elements and released their first album "No. 1" in 2018. The second "Access" was released in April this year, hoping to bring energy to everyone in an uneasy environment.
米国からインディーバンドである Major Murphy が 2015 年に結成した。当初はリードシンガー兼ソングライター Jacob Bullard が発起し、妻のベーシスト Jacki Warren、ドラマーの Bud Voortman、ギタリストの Chad Houseman が加わった。Jacki Warren は、Waxahatcheeのメンバーでもある。ドリームポップのジャンルをベースにしたバンドだが、インディーロックの要素が加わり、2018 年にはファーストアルバム「No.1」がリリースされた。 セカントアルバムの「Access」は、不安な環境にいるすべての人にエネルギーを届けることを願って、今年 4 月にリリース。
